contractors; supervising the entire project in detail with
full responsibility and accountability; representation of
the owner to relevant authorities. Fee: 10% of total project cost
Evaluation
Evaluation
and assessment of legal and physical condition of building,
and apartment Fee: approx. 200 Euro, depending on size of apartment,
plus translation when required
Architect's
structural survey
An initial structural survey which studies the integrity
of the building: cellar, foundation, inner courtyard, building
facade, staircase, ceilings, roof structure, electric system,
drainage system, and also the electric wiring, plumbing, gas
system, heating, floors, walls, timber, ventilation, and built-in
fittings. Fee: approx. 350 Euro, depending on size of apartment
Apartment
Rental
Viewing the apartment if it is fit for our clients'
demands, taking pictures, advertising, finding a tenant, preparing
the contract of rent, signing the contract in our office,
legal advice. Fee: first month's rental fee (no VAT charged)
